First call 2010. New registered photovoltaic installations.

These facilities are additional to the 2488 enrollment of four calls for 2009, first year of the new model of allocation of premiums and powers. For this first call of 2010 was initially submitted 3571 petitions. Of these, 1,251 were admitted for incorrectly submitted or incomplete, even after the error handling process, and the remaining 1055 have not been included because, although they meet the requirements, do not fall within the quota established by Royal Decree.

I.2 and II types are covered by excess, while type I.1 has been close to 100% of the share expected to occur for the first time a reduction of the tariff for the next call.

In the five calls resolved to date, have enrolled a total of 3,468 facilities, corresponding with an accumulated power of 621MW. Remuneration determined in the call is resolved:

- 34.00 c € / kWh for plants of type I.1

- 31.1665 c € / kWh for plants of the type I.2

- 28.1045 c € / kWh for Type II facilities.

At this time, owners of the facilities have twelve months to complete their installation and to implement it to be entitled to such compensation for a period of 25 years.

Moreover, once solved the first call, have set the values of the regulated tariffs for facilities that are registered in the second call for 2010.

For the type I.1 the base rate up to 33.4652 c € / kWh, having first covered over 75% of the planned quota. For his part, as a result of the registered power, and by applying the formula set out in Article 11 of Royal Decree 1578/2008, the rates of types I, 2 and II shall 30.3099 c € / kWh and 27.3178 c € / kWh, respectively.

Also published output quotas for the second call in 2010. Quotas for types I.1, I.2 and II become of 6.653 MW and 61.439 MW 51.339 MW, respectively, as a result of the excesses of power of the first call and the application of the quota of additional power 2010 under the transitional provision of Royal Decree 1578/2008 only.

Moreover, this week as the deadline of one year in the Royal Decree 1578/2008 of 26 September so that the photovoltaic installations in the Register of earmarking in the first call of 2009 are inscribed permanently in the administrative record of production facilities in the special regime and start to sell power.
